3. Procurement

The procurement step of the construction process includes the gathering of all necessary tools and materials used to get the job done. This step considers all expenses such as land, labor, materials, equipment, and services. Invoicing may be a great way to document all the necessities that were bought for the purpose of the project. Provide your customer with an organized method for keeping track of expenses. 

4. Construction

Finally, the construction project begins. The team builds on the site they have thoroughly reviewed and planned. By following all instructions and safety measures, they work together to meet the end goal and complete tasks by the deadline they have been given. It is important for the team to communicate all errors, schedule interferences, and any accomplishments.

5. Inspections

After the construction project has been completed, the site needs to thoroughly be inspected. The inspector will observe the structure of the entire completed project, looking for any unfinished, incomplete, or potentially hazardous fragments. Furthermore, a government inspection is conducted for a final safety examination. If the site passes the government inspection, construction contractors and workers are relieved from the project, and the customer is notified upon completion.
